Welcome to ClickIT! 2008, our photography competition for a world wide
audience! The competition has been made possible with the generous
support of AstraZeneca R&D Charnwood and Arts & Business New Partners
and this year offers substantial cash prizes.

There are three categories in this year's competition:

The best Landscape - from an urban or rural environment.

The best Decisive Moment - from sport to street photography,
nature and wildlife to travel - capture that split second shot.

The best Short Photo Essay - a set of six linked images of where
you live - any aspect of local life to give an overview, tell a documentary
story, record an event - the choice is yours.

The first two categories each carry a £500 first prize winner. Second
and third place, commended and highly commended places will also be
awarded in each category (although there are no prizes for these). One
overall winner of the Short Photo Essay category will win a £1000 first
prize. You can enter all three categories once only.

This competition is open to entrants worldwide aged 14 years and over.
All winning and commended entries will be included on the Pixel and Grain
website and an exhibition of winning entries will also be shown.
